scRNA data only #38

Hi,

I would like to know if I can use pando for just scRNA data?

Hi @dimurali93, unfortunately this is currently not possible, as Pando is built for joint RNA and ATAC data. If you only have RNA data I would recommend to use e.g. SCENIC for GRN inference
