We should review and integrate them as needed.

As a side-note, atupone is a member of the Gentoo team responsible for their Quadra package.

I went over the patches, and I think everything should be fine. There's a few things that they'll need to modify in their ebuild file, I suspect (removing svgalib stuff, adding --disable-version-check), but nothing serious.

I'll try to get in touch with the Gentoo maintainers so that they can verify.
