-levelup command line acts funny #45

If you start quadra like so:

"c:\program files\quadra\quadra1.exe" -dedicated -peace -level 3 -levelup -name Level 3+ Peace -endscore 100 -public

The level up does not kick in until you hit 45 lines. The -levelup option should start upping levels at 15 lines.

This is by design. Maybe the design is wrong but it's too late/confusing to change that kind of thing at this point.
