Can't sign in to GitHub in CI environment by using puppeteer #289

Problem

Error case in CI: https://github.com/quadratic-funding/mpc-phase2-suite/actions/runs/3996094084/jobs/6860684881

Possible cause

GitHub might block automated login using tools like puppeteer
network side: e.g. DNS resolution

Notes

A quick workaround has been addressed in https://github.com/quadratic-funding/mpc-phase2-suite/issues/288.
