Live reload when importPaths change #34

Providing importPaths option was not previously live reloading when files at those import paths changed. These changes mean the livereload works.

I am really sorry for getting back this late to this PR. It is absolutely valuable and it should be handled in the commit 20783c62d1712294985c4bafaf6c0a489dd70223 based on your PR. Thanks for your time and effort.
