Another large overhaul, essentially done but need to do a second pass to polish and finalize.

Resolves #52.

Second pass complete, ready to merge. Lost the long commit message I wrote, but the documentation should be sufficient for the time being.

Identified future work:

Improve error capturing mechanism to be more foolproof/easy to use.
Improve handling of diagnostics to account for nuances such as warnings, and unify the various diagnostic reporting mechanisms.
Make changes to Nushell's ShellError type to be able to contain arbitrary miette diagnostics (optional, but easy as it is already a miette diagnostic).
