Change "Library item author" faceted search to text input #155

The Library Item Author faceted search field is currently a dropdown list. Author names in the dropdown are entered in Firstname Lastname format, which makes it un-intuitive to browse.

Try switching the dropdown to a text search field, so users can find authors by last name.
