During my journey to build my very own perfect RSS reader I came across your "rss discovery engine": looking for feeds in outgoing links of a webpage.
Here is another idea: have dynamic OPML files accessible on online tools so that anyone can "subscribe" to this OPML file and update its own list of feeds. What do you think ?
Another idea: one could also rely on ActivityPub standard to "propagate" those feeds lists and join the fediverse...
Have you seen this: https://ooh.directory/ ? It was on HN yesterday and I suggested the "dynamic OPML" to the author as well.
