Text-Area Watermark disapears #94

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create Text-Area with multiple watermark lines
2.Click the downarea
3. Water Mark disappears before I get a chance to read it.

What is the expected output? 
Scroll thru the watermark text to read before it disappears.

What do you see instead?
Nothing as soon as I scroll

What version of the product are you using? The Latest Version On what operating 
system? Windows 7 IE/Chrome/Firefox

Please provide any additional information below.

Make the text area larger.
