We forgot to make a "Thank You Page"

Please can you make one that is very lightweight and mobile-only

something like this format: http://prntscr.com/n340n1

Elements should be: lang = "he" and set to RTL H1 text "thank you"

Place for Youtube embed video that auto-sizes for mobile, like this page:
