Rebuilds entire workspace on save #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Create a Go project composed of several packages
2.  In Eclipse, change just one file in one package, and save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When only one file has changed, it seems like only that package should be 
rebuilt.  Yet every time I save, Goclipse rebuilds my *entire* project.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Goclipse: 0.7.1.v385
Eclipse: 3.7.2
Go: go1
OS: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

I think Issue #102 is very similar, though worded differently.

Agreed, Issue #102 seems very similar - the two should probably be merged.

I think I've fixed this issue, but I'll have to watch it for a awhile.
