Goclipse with Windows is using wrong gocode .config seperator #67

goclipse is using : instead of ; in windows, by replacing : to ; in gocode 
source I was able to get it working perfect with same project packages complete.

I'm using the last gocode repo d727a7d854d7071aadae164110b7aec99a7332b6.
