Yep, I'm definitely interested, I've got a project that is going to be making extensive use of Net::LDAPapi so am happy to assist with ongoing maintenance.

Ok, I've added you as a collaborator. There is an open ticket on the old sourceforge site about an issue with SSL connections, I'll see if I can dig up the details and open an issue here.
