Include all doc and tests in sdist #107

@sebix we would gladly welcome a PR from you with the modified manifest and any other missing files required for the package to work on conda-forge.

I'm not familiar with conda-forge, but here is the PR :)

The source distribution tarball should include all needed files for building (and testing) the packages The binary distribution (wheel/egg) does not include those file with these changes - so no changes there.

Thanks @sebix . Looks like we are having some compile error as indicated in issues that we need to resolve before we get this merged in. Will update when we have more details.

Thanks, yes, #106 is more important than this simple change.
