tables for managing suppliers

the tables should include the following information for every supplier,
divided into majors

1. Username 
2. Last log in  
3. # of papers supplied. How may of them late (> 2 days) 
4. # of papers supplied for other suppliers 
5. A button "nhac nho". 
6. A button for "disable". Paper pending will be passed to other suppliers.

Ở trang  http://nghiencuusinh.org/papershare/public_pool/ , nếu logged in 
user là admin 
(trường is_staff = true), hiện thêm 1 column ghi supplier's username. Khi 
click vào đó 
thì dẫn đến trang cho phép 1) Gửi email nhắc nhở. 2) Disable 
Supplier (set trường 
is_supplier = 0, đồng thời chuyển tất cả request giao cho supplier 
này sang trạng thái 
pending, để sau assign cho người khác).

Neu co the thi minh nen hien thi ca thong tin ve cac bai bao ma
supplier do da cung cap. Admin se biet supplier do co kha nang cung cap
bai o tap chi nao.

# paper da bi chuyen cho nguoi khac vi muon. Khong biet la khi he
thong chuyen bai bao tu supplier nay sang supplier khac thi co email
nhac nho cho nguoi bi muon khong. ---> có nhắc nhở. Tuy nhiên hiện nay 
hệ thông không 
thể tìm được những bài báo mà 1 supplier đã từng được 
assign.
