IPCamera (bought from HK) requiring activeX

It's a private IPCAM on local network. the Cam on ActiveX works fine on 
IExplorer but not on Chrome, despite your plugin. :-/

Because it's on a local network, we cannot debug on it to solve the problem.
Could you send me the webpage, associated with the plugin file and the method 
to check its functionality?
