What's the URL of the page that contains a bug?
Internal surveillance cameras.

Does it work before? If not, when did you find this problem?
Only in Internet Explorer 9/10.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open surveillance cam website in Chrome.
2. Answer yes to the ActiveX questions.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see a password prompt. Only camera controls are visible.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? On
which version of your browser?
ActiveX for Chrome 1.5.0.2. Windows 8 64 bit. Chrome version 29.0.1547.66 m

What's your settings?
Default Chrome settings. Allowed website in the ActiveX for Chrome settings.
