Describe the bug Full sell logic broken as a result of porting code, quoteSell logic requires changes to partial sell initial implementation

Fixed 2 issues related to partial sell refactor

Full sells are now respected Selling full TL below BEP is now resolved

Pushed revision but will leave ticket open for comment
