[FEATURE] Replicate GB unit_cost calculations to TV #42

Describe the feature you are requesting and how it would benefit the performance or user flow Unit cost and TV BEP are very different things, this can cause misleading results. Action here is to replicate GB unit_cost to TV and use that as a sell triggering ensuring accurate basis for sales and partials sells

GB unit cost including fee's replicated on TV with sells using unit cost calculation GB unit cost sits in transactional table, rebuilt when position is closed Extra user option to include exchange fee's buy and sell VWAP added in historical table PNL factored to include total, realised and unrealised PNL
