Statements using just one item of an already existing data set #100

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like being able to use just one item of an existing data set in a
statement. For instance to see the average of coffee I drink per day whilst
having a dataset "beverages" with all kinds of beverages including coffee
(and not a whole dataset just for coffee).

I'm also interested in using panels with just entry types not whole categories. 
I have sleeping category, when i look amount of sleep, wakeup time and bed 
time. Right now it's not possible for me to see average sleep time because it's 
mixed with other two (which are always of value 1).
