What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a display of type LIST: HORIZONTAL BARS
2. notice how the biggest bar is at the TOP
3. observe that being a the top of something is usually considered "good"
and being at the bottom is usually considered "bad"
4. despair at the fact that you are trying to make a point and want the
punch line to happen at the BOTTOM
Example of a case where you want the big bar at the TOP:
"Education levels of G8 countries" (US would be near the bottom)
Example of a case where you want the big bar at the BOTTOM:
"Amount of work hours wasted using social networking websites" (US at the
bottom, presumably)
