Horizontal Bars List display repeats an item and leaves one out #142

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Display a data set with horizontal bars list
2. Add more items than can be displayed in the list
3. Profit?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect an entry for each item, but one of my items doesn't display in the
list. Instead, one of my items appears in the list and in the "x more
items" list when clicked.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
If you go to my display page: daytum.com/DemonJuice and look at the
Horizontal Bars List display I have set up for my data set "spots" then
click on the "x more items", one of my items is duplicated while another
isn't shown at all. "Burgerville USA" doesn't show up in the list at all,
and "McMenamins on Broadway" is shown twice. I have one entry for in my
data set for each.
