(request) DD/MM/YYYY date format option #154

Can we please have a choice of how the date entry sequence works?  In Australia 
and other 
countries the convention is DD/MM/YYYY, not MM/DD/YYYY.  It would be great if 
the user can have 
the option to select how the date format works when they set up their account.
