Feature Request: gracefully fail with noscript / no javascript #157

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get noscript
2. Login to Daytum
3. Click on a javascript button such as "Options"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Javascript jibberish is displayed instead of a css pop up that says "you
have javascript disabled, please turn it on to assure Daytum works well."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox on Ubuntu Karmic

Please provide any additional information below.
I've attached a screenshot of what you see when you click on "options" with
javascript diabled.
