Add target="_top" to single panel pages #82

I'm including a panel (http://daytum.com/panels/23109) in an iframe to
display it on another web page. The username link at the top links to the
profile on daytum, but loads within its current frame.

If; target="_top" was added to that link, then daytum would load into the
main window instead (which would be nicer).

This fix has been addressed locally and should be deployed to the site
