New EPI Suite wrapper has units for QSAR results. This needs to be updated on the GDIT dev windows server, and then to the EPA windows servers.

Updated EPI Suite wrapper on GDIT dev windows. Reaction pathways feature in transformation products workflow is now returning units along with QSAR half-lives.
