Image reference errors for CTSWS and JchemWS on Kubernetes staging #233

Manifest files for ctsws and jchemws were trying to pull from GitHub and were throwing an image pull policy error due to being unable to access github's container registry.

popenc commented 1 year ago

Updating the image references to the gitlab images resolved the issue.
