OPERAWS, biotransformer, and envipath not working on EPA kube stage #271

[x] Create manifests for operaws, biotransformer, and envipath to run in EPA stage cluster.
[x] Set env vars to use the above calc pods instead of the cyano backend ones.
[x] Test operaws from CTS.
[x] Test biotransformer from CTS.
[ ] Test envipath from CTS.

Setup the three calculators as pods in the staging cluster and are now up and running.

OPERAWS and biotransformer look to be working. Need to update credentials and some code for envipath.

NOTE: Biotransformer reaction pathways doesn't work. There isn't documentation to link to but it could still display the pathway with qualitative reaction names.
