Needs editing and possibly shorter output for examples, but this is the essence of what is new.

@stefan-mueller would be great to have your feedback too!

Also it would be awesome to configure the RSS feed and then submit this to R-bloggers as per #24, before we post it.

@amatsuo or @koheiw want to take a shot at setting that up?

Good idea to announce and promote quanteda v2.0 in a blog post. If you want to shorten the length of the post, I would consider removing the sections "Bug fixes and stability enhancements" and "Other improvements". While these details are important for the CRAN release, they don't seem to be essential for a blog post that introduces the new version.

Yes, it would be great if @koheiw or @amatsuo configure the RSS feed and link it to R-bloggers.

Good suggestion @stefan-mueller, we could just link to the news sections instead.
