Hi Ken. I think the changes I made are ready to be merged into master once you've had a look at it. The one issue remaining is that I keep getting a warning about a missing link in the texts2sequences.Rd file. I've checked a few times through but haven't been able to find any missing links. I hope you can see what I missed.

@pchest does this have the updated tokens2sequences() function?

@kbenoit Yup! It includes an up to date text2sequences function with the latest set of tests for it.
