recbindings.cfg needs an update (for TF2 at least) #115

specifically to numpad thirdperson view controls. i have proposed a fix for numpad 0 (cam_idealpitch) at #114

other than that:

cam_idealdist (numpad 5) bounds have changed to 30 to 200, making this bind lock up on its max value
this doesn't matter because cam_idealdist seems to ~~not be working (in TF2 anyway)~~ only update after you reload the demo(?)
cam_idealyaw (numpad 1,4,7,8,9,6,3) bounds have changed to -135 to 135, preventing front view thirdperson on numpad 8
