pg-wrapper.ts is no more;
questions.stars column is no more since it was unused;
fetchers use a new FetchedQuestion type based on Question type from prisma; this replaces my old hand-written Question type;
I also dropped the old frontpage table in this since we moved to FrontpageId table yesterday
