Hold a ~4-8 hour, online workshop on Evaluation and Estimation Systems, for around 4-10 relevant researchers.

My guess is that this will take ~40 hours of preparation.

I tentatively think that this wouldn't provide much more value than hosting a meetup where people can catch up, make connections, etc. but hard to evaluate without seeing more info about what would be in the workshop
