Symbolic, Pointset, and Sample Set distributions should all have an equality function.
GenericDist should have a function for equality, called isEqual.
GenericDist_GenericOperation should also support this, like FromDist(IsEqual(dist2), dist1))
ReducerInterface_Distribution_test should support equality on distributions

This came up again today, in Nuno's recent model. I imagine doing this on PointSets and SampleSets are both fairly straightforward.
