Adds simple migration and edits pages for seeds in db

This adds backend seeds to Squiggle Hub.

Note: To run script, we need to set and environment variable, ADMIN_SECRET_TOKEN, then POST to /api/updateModelSeeds. Later we can choose to delete the script, we should just need it this first time.

This script would change the updatedAt times of all the modelrevisions - hopefully we're using the createdAt for ordering. It feels kind of weird to mutate old modelRevisions, but so it goes. At least it should really be a one-time thing here.
