Use shortest length in SampleSet.mapN

Previously, SampleSet.mapN passed an array with defined values up to the longest sampleset in its arguments.

Technically this is a breaking change, but it's very unlikely anyone relied on it:

• none of public models on squiggle hub use mapN
• GUCEM had a workaround for old behavior
• SampleSet.map2 and SampleSet.map3 truncate samplesets in the same way
• the old behavior was pretty useless/nonsensical because e.g. for [1,2], [10,20,30,40], [100,200,300], the call back would get: [1,10,100], then [2,20,200], then [30,300] (not [null, 30, 300]!), then [40] (not [null, 40, null]). So you'd have to jump through hoops to figure out which dist was the source of the sample
