problem with the function plot-compare #11

Something weird is going on with the NAMESPACE file when doing make in the command window. It works fine from Rstudio.

This issue only occurs when trying to build the package using make. The issue is in here somewhere:

update DESCRIPTION NAMESPACE: $(R_FILES) Rscript update.R
