A few plot issues #24

[x] plot_data_extent broke for v3
[x] Selectivity plot should be Male, Immature female, Mature female
[x] recruitment_size plot should start at 0 on y axis
[x] sex ratio plot should max out at 1 on y axis
[x] need a U plot (y axis range 0-1)
[x] LF plots order should be Male, Immature female, Mature female
[x] LF plots missing after 2018 AW for some reason
[x] maturation plot should have max of 1
