Allow override for default src_dir in md mode to help with development #36

In deployment you'd run shark from within the ecology project dir, but right now we end up running it from the shark dev dir, so this lets you set the build context, so images that have "copy ./ foo" in their spec work.

Actually could we reuse the argument for build ? I.e. src_dir ? They mean the same thing and do the same thing
