Didn’t like sections where code to produce images was not provided. But some of this code
is messy (e.g., Fig 4.4), and not pedagogically important, while some is easy, and was probably
just overlooked (Fig. 4.5). I don’t think we need to be strict on this, but perhaps need to add
text that indicates whether we expect readers to be able to produce the figure.
