Captions #4

Loving this template. Just to flag though, the line: 

\setlength{\belowcaptionskip}{-10pt} % reduces spacing between figure legend and text

In the class file results in captions disappearing for subfigures. So I've had to remove this for the subcaptions to become visible.

Hi @dscheepens - thank for flagging this. I hadn't noticed that behaviour since I don't really use subfigures. I'll see if I can figure out a fix that respects the formatting for both use cases.
