Includes warnings and clean-ups for eval.jl:

eval_S_chucks now has a warning that it is deprecated and will be replace by eval_SC_chunks in v0.10 (this basically just fixes a typo in the name of the function)
accuracy_comprehension now has a warning if the dataset contains homophones/homographs

Now also includes a speed-up of eval_SC_loose (see #74)
