I have no idea. I haven't tried it and I am my knowledge of WSL is not sufficiently deep to know what incompatibilities PenguinDome might run into running under it. If you're talking about running the PenguinDome client in WSL, then that seems kind of silly to me. There are plenty of native Windows MDM solutions, why would you want to run your MDM client inside what is essentially an OS emulator? I can't imagine that all of the information collection plugins will work properly in WSL, and it seems extremely unlikely that the machine wiping functionality would work. If you're talking about running the server in WSL, then I suspect could probably make it work, but I'm not sure why you'd go through the trouble to do that rather than just running it in a virtual machine or docker container.
Hi, I was wondering whether PenguinDome is compatible with Windows Subsystem for Linux? I wanted to it try it out in WSL but is there any dependency or issues with it that it might not work well. Thanks in advance.
