Release v0.3.0 #261

I am planning to tag a new version of Alphalens and I'd like to do some non-regression testing before doing so. What features do we like to include before creating the new tag?

merge PR #250 (required to complete issue #225 )
issue #253 ?
issue #219 ?

The idea is to close issue #253 and then to create the new release v0.3.0
