calcPayables not working in BackCalculator #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save element, that is linked to a balance element with payment target

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A fully calculated balance element with opening balance, closing balance and 
the calculated payment for the detail period....

If a new year is calculated the "open payables" from the year before need to be 
calculated after initial NULL-Settings...

it´s now working with days not equal to mod(30)=0 ... I need to check this, to 
get it 
working with even numbers although
