to implement the full functionality of the protocoll modul, i need to 
redesign the datastructure to implement the n:m functionality in the mapping 
of a protokoll detail group to a protokoll header

added new field idtm_protokoll_detail_group for the older versions you can 
implement 
the field and update the value according to the existing 
idta_protokoll_detail_group 
value

added idtm_protokoll to tm_protokoll_detail to ensure where the detail was 
recorded the 
first time
