Re-activating past attendees #23

I'd like to draft some communication to our past attendees who haven't been in more than a year so see if we can bring some back.

I've moved this over from https://github.com/quantsquills/meetups/issues/13 since I think we should keep the issues over on that repo to being specifically about organising meetups and talk proposals.
