Although these terms are often used interchangeably, there are some subtle differences between them:

1. Vendor: A vendor is a person or company that sells products or services to customers, usually in a business-to-consumer (B2C) context. Vendors can sell physical products or digital products, such as software or media.
2. Provider: A provider is a company or individual that provides services to other businesses or individuals, usually in a business-to-business (B2B) context. Providers can offer services such as consulting, healthcare, or technology solutions.
3. Wholesaler: A wholesaler is a company that buys products in bulk from manufacturers and sells them to retailers or other businesses at a discounted price. Wholesalers typically purchase large quantities of products and distribute them to retailers who then sell them to consumers.
4. Supplier: A supplier is a company or individual that provides products or materials to another company, usually in a business-to-business (B2B) context. Suppliers can provide raw materials, components, or finished goods.
