Jenkins is used, not currently considering spinnaker for docker registry.

There is a rancher registry for Docker images as an option as well.

Netflix likes to use Spinnaker for CI/CD pipelines.

Most customers want Jenkins with self checking tests.

There is no current need for a Docker registry.
