Expand the HBA section

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install two quad-port FC HBAs
2. Look in the HBA area of the TUI.
3. ?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Only see six of my FC ports. Would be nice to see all eight. Would be really 
great if the area would expand based on terminal size.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This enhancement is complete (and committed). There are now two information 
labels on the main screen -- 1 for targets/HBAs/CNAs/etc. and 1 for active 
sessions. The labels will expand when the terminal size is increased.
